Sale/Return Policy

1. General Policy  

   All sales, including coaching services and products, are final unless specified otherwise. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

2. Returns and Exchanges for Products  

   Returns or exchanges for physical products are accepted for defects or incorrect orders. Notify us within 14 days of receipt to qualify. Digital proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is required.

3. Refunds for Services  

   Refunds for coaching services are generally not provided. However, if a service cannot be fulfilled as agreed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a partial refund.

4. Conditions for Product Return  

   Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by a digital proof of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the returned product is found to be defective.

5. Non-Returnable Items and Services  

   Certain items, such as personalised products and downloadable content, and coaching sessions already delivered, are non-returnable.
